Getting There

  • Light Rail

    If you're starting from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, take the Link Light Rail towards Northgate. Ride the train for about 30 minutes until you reach the Westlake Station. From Westlake Station, exit and walk north along 4th Ave towards Pine St. Turn left onto Pine St and continue towards 5th Ave. Turn right on 5th Ave, then take a left onto Broad St. The Space Needle will be on your right at 400 Broad St.

Board the bus at a stop near your location and ask the driver to notify you when you reach the stop for the Space Needle. The closest stop is located right at the base of the Space Needle at 400 Broad St.

    If you are already in the vicinity of the Seattle Center, simply walk towards the Space Needle. From the Seattle Center Armory, head east on Mercer St until you reach 5th Ave N. Turn right on 5th Ave N and continue walking until you see the Space Needle on your left. It is a short walk of about 10 minutes.
