From downtown Seattle, you can catch Metro Bus number 8 or 40 from any of the stops along 3rd Ave. Make sure to board the bus heading towards Queen Anne. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop at 5th Ave N & Harrison St. Walk east on Harrison St, and in just a few minutes, you will arrive at Chihuly Garden and Glass located at 305 Harrison St.
