Getting There

• Public Transit - Light Rail

  If you are starting from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), take the Link Light Rail towards University of Washington. Alight at Westlake Station (about a 40-minute ride). Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Pine Street and head to 5th Avenue. From there, you can either walk or take a bus. Walking will take about 15 minutes. Head north on 5th Avenue, then turn left onto Broad Street. The Space Needle will be visible ahead.

• Public Transit - Bus

  From downtown Seattle, locate the nearest bus stop that services Route 2 or Route 13. Take the bus heading towards Queen Anne. Alight at the stop closest to Broad Street and 5th Avenue. Walk west on Broad Street, and you will arrive at the Space Needle within 10 minutes.

• Walking

  If you are in the Pike Place Market area, head north on 1st Avenue towards Virginia Street. Turn left on Virginia Street and follow it as it turns into Broad Street. Continue walking on Broad Street for about 20 minutes until you reach the Space Needle, which will be on your left.

• Ride Share (Uber/Lyft)

  Open your preferred ride-sharing app and set your destination to 'Space Needle, 400 Broad St, Seattle, WA 98109'. The driver will navigate you to the entrance of the Space Needle. The ride from most central locations should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
