Getting There

  • Car

    From Snoqualmie Pass, head southeast on I-90 E. Continue on I-90 for approximately 12 miles. Take exit 34 for WA-18 S toward North Bend. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto WA-18 S. After about 1.5 miles, merge onto I-90 E again. Continue for about 2 miles and take exit 34 toward North Bend. Merge onto North Bend Way and continue straight for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Cedar Falls Rd SE and follow it for about 2 miles. Rattlesnake Lake Recreation Area will be on your left. Please note that parking may require a Northwest Forest Pass, which costs $5 for a day pass or $30 for an annual pass.

    If you're taking public transportation, you can catch a bus from Snoqualmie Pass to North Bend. Start by taking the King County Metro bus route 208 from Snoqualmie Pass to North Bend. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in North Bend, transfer to the King County Metro bus route 628 towards Issaquah. Get off at the Cedar Falls Rd SE stop. From there, it is about a 1-mile walk to the Rattlesnake Lake Recreation Area. Be sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time as they may vary.
