    From the South Perry District, head northwest on S Perry St toward E 30th Ave. Continue walking for about 1 mile until you reach S Howard St. Turn left onto S Howard St and walk for another 0.5 miles. At W Riverside Ave, turn right and continue walking until you reach the Spokane River. You will see the entrance to Riverfront Park ahead. Once inside the park, follow the signs to the Looff Carrousel, which is located near the river.
