    From anywhere in The Columbia Basin, head west on I-90 towards Seattle. Continue on I-90 for approximately 140 miles until you reach the exit for I-5 North towards Seattle. Merge onto I-5 North and follow the signs for Seattle. Take exit 165A for James St toward Convention Place. After exiting, keep left at the fork to continue on James St. Turn right onto 2nd Ave. Smith Tower will be on your left at 506 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98104. Parking may be available on the street or in nearby parking garages, which may have fees ranging from $5 to $20 depending on the duration.
