If you are traveling by car, you can start from the city of Tri-Cities, which is a central hub in the Columbia Basin. Head east on I-182 E for about 15 miles, then merge onto US-395 N. Continue on US-395 N for about 30 miles until you reach the exit for WA-24 toward Mattawa. Follow WA-24 for approximately 16 miles, then turn left onto WA-243 N. After about 5 miles, you will see signs for Hanford Reach National Monument. Follow the signs to reach the visitor center and parking area.
