If you're driving from downtown Richland, start by heading east on George Washington Way. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Queensgate Drive. Turn left onto Queensgate Drive. After approximately 1.5 miles, you will see a sign for Badger Mountain Centennial Preserve on your right. Turn into the parking area at 533 Queensgate Dr, Richland, WA 99352. Parking is free.
Public Transportation
To reach Badger Mountain Centennial Preserve via public transportation, take the Ben Franklin Transit bus route 101 from various locations in The Tri-Cities, including Pasco and Kennewick. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Queensgate Drive and George Washington Way. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk (0.7 miles) to the preserve. Head east on George Washington Way, then turn left onto Queensgate Drive. Continue for about 1.5 miles, and you will see the entrance to Badger Mountain Centennial Preserve on your right.
Bicycle
If you prefer to bike to Badger Mountain Centennial Preserve, you can follow the bike lanes along George Washington Way from downtown Richland. After approximately 1.5 miles, turn left onto Queensgate Drive. The preserve entrance will be on your right. This route is relatively flat and offers scenic views along the way.
