Car
If you are driving, start by getting on WA-20 E from your location in Whidbey Island. Follow WA-20 E until you reach the Mukilteo ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Mukilteo (please check ferry schedules and fares; round-trip fare is around $13 for a standard vehicle). Once you arrive in Mukilteo, turn left onto Mukilteo Blvd. and head south. Continue on Mukilteo Blvd, which becomes 5th St, and then follow it until it merges into Edmonds Way. Follow Edmonds Way until you reach Picnic Point Rd. Turn left onto Picnic Point Rd and continue until you reach the park entrance at 7231 Picnic Point Rd, Edmonds, WA 98036.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take the Island Transit bus from various locations on Whidbey Island to the Clinton ferry terminal. Board the ferry to Mukilteo (check schedules; fares are typically around $4 for pedestrians). Once in Mukilteo, you can transfer to Community Transit route 113, which will take you to the Edmonds area. Get off at the stop closest to 5th St and Edmonds Way. From there, it is a short walk to Picnic Point Rd. Follow Picnic Point Rd until you reach the park entrance at 7231 Picnic Point Rd, Edmonds, WA 98036.
