Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car from Olympic National Park, begin your journey by heading east on WA-101 S. After approximately 25 miles, take the exit to merge onto I-5 N toward Seattle. Continue on I-5 N for about 40 miles, then take exit 177 for WA-104 W toward Edmonds. Follow WA-104 W until you reach the Edmonds ferry terminal. Take the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry across Puget Sound, which costs approximately $8 for a standard vehicle (check current rates). After disembarking, follow WA-104 E until it turns into 156th St SW. Meadowdale Beach Park will be on your left at 6026 156th St SW, Edmonds, WA 98026.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Meadowdale Beach Park using public transportation, start at the nearest bus station in Olympic National Park. Take a bus to the nearest major city, likely Port Angeles or Sequim, where you can catch a Greyhound or other long-distance bus to Seattle. In Seattle, transfer to the Sound Transit light rail to reach Edmonds. From the Edmonds station, you can either catch a local bus (check Community Transit routes) or use a rideshare service to reach Meadowdale Beach Park at 6026 156th St SW, Edmonds, WA 98026. Be aware of the schedules, as public transport may have limited service on weekends.
