From anywhere on Whidbey Island, head towards the Mukilteo-Clinton Ferry Terminal. Take the ferry to Mukilteo (ferry operates every 30 minutes). Once you arrive in Mukilteo, follow Mukilteo Speedway (State Route 525) north until you reach the junction with I-5. Merge onto I-5 South. After about 9 miles, take Exit 200 for WA-526 toward Everett. Merge onto WA-526, and then take Exit 1B to merge onto I-5 North toward Seattle. Continue on I-5 for approximately 20 miles, then take Exit 182B toward WA-2 E. Merge onto WA-2 E and follow signs for US-2. Continue on US-2 to US-204 W. Finally, merge onto I-5 N again and take Exit 199 for Quil Ceda Blvd. Follow Quil Ceda Blvd all the way to 10600 Quil Ceda Blvd, where the Seattle Premium Outlets is located.

The Community Transit bus route 115 operates from Mukilteo to the Seattle Premium Outlets. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the outlet mall stop at 10600 Quil Ceda Blvd in Tulalip.
