When you reach the intersection with the Blackwater Falls State Park entrance, turn left onto Blackwater Lodge Road. Continue for about 2 miles until you see the Lindy Point Observation Deck parking area on your left. Park your car there, and the observation deck is a short 10-15 minute walk from the parking area along the trail. Be aware that there may be a parking fee if you are visiting during peak seasons.
Public Transportation
Public transportation options are limited in the Allegheny Highlands, but you can check for local shuttle services or rideshare options to get to Thomas, WV. Once in Thomas, you will need to arrange for a taxi or a rideshare service to take you to the Lindy Point Observation Deck. Provide the driver with the address: Thomas, WV 26292.
