If you are driving to Lost World Caverns from anywhere in the Allegheny Highlands, start by heading towards Lewisburg, West Virginia. Use Route 219 South or Interstate 64 East, depending on your starting point. Once you reach Lewisburg, follow signs for US-60 E. Continue on US-60 E for about 3 miles. Turn left onto Lost World Road. The entrance to Lost World Caverns will be on your right at 907 Lost World Rd, Lewisburg, WV 24901. There is no entrance fee for parking, but check the caverns' website for any tour costs.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, you will first need to take a bus to Lewisburg. Check local bus schedules for routes that connect to Lewisburg.
