If you're traveling by car, head towards Canaan Loop Rd in Parsons, WV. From the center of Parsons, take Route 32 North for about 6 miles. Turn left onto Canaan Loop Rd and continue for approximately 2 miles. Look for the Table Rock Trail Head parking area on your right. Be aware that the road may be unpaved and can be rough in certain seasons, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.

Public transportation options are limited in this remote area. If you're arriving by bus, take the Greyhound to Elkins, WV. From Elkins, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Parsons, which is about 30 minutes away. Once in Parsons, follow the directions for car travel by taking Route 32 North and turning onto Canaan Loop Rd, as described above. Note that taxi services may require advance booking.
