If you are driving, get onto US-19 S from your location. Continue on US-19 S for approximately 30 miles until you reach the exit for WV-16 S. Take the exit toward Gauley Bridge. Merge onto WV-16 S and continue for about 10 miles. As you approach Gauley Bridge, look for signs indicating Cathedral Falls. The falls are located just off the highway, and there is a small parking area where you can stop to enjoy the view.

Bus

To reach Cathedral Falls via public transportation, you will need to take a local bus service that operates in the region. Starting from a larger city like Charleston, catch the Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority (KVRTA) bus to Fayetteville. From Fayetteville, transfer to a local shuttle service that runs to Gauley Bridge. Make sure to check the schedule ahead of time as services may be limited. Once you arrive in Gauley Bridge, it's a short walk to the falls, which are located just off WV-16.

Taxi/Ride-Sharing
