Continue on I-68 for about 25 miles. Take exit 14 for Route 219 South toward Oakland. After exiting, turn right onto Route 219 South and follow for about 5 miles. Turn left onto Maple Glade Road, and Swallow Falls State Park will be on your right at 2470 Maple Glade Rd, Oakland, MD 21550. Note that parking fees may apply.
