Start at the Harper's Ferry National Historical Park Visitor Center located at 171 Shoreline Drive. From the Visitor Center, walk towards the entrance of the park. Once you exit the park, head down the main street (Potomac Street) towards the historic district. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn left onto High Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Church Street. Continue straight onto Church Street, which will take you down a hill. At the bottom of the hill, you will come to the confluence of the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers. From here, you can catch a glimpse of the beautiful landscapes and historical sites. To reach Carroll Creek Linear Park, you will need to travel to Frederick, MD, which is approximately 50 miles away from Harper's Ferry. You can take the MARC Train from Harper's Ferry train station to Frederick.
