From downtown Charleston, head south on Kanawha Blvd E toward the I-64 E ramp. Merge onto I-64 E and continue for about 3 miles. Take exit 56 for US-119 S toward Oakwood Rd. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for US-119 S. After about 2 miles, take the exit toward Kanawha State Forest/State Route 61. Turn left onto Kanawha State Forest Dr. Continue straight for about 1 mile, and you will arrive at Kanawha State Forest, located at 7500 Kanawha State Forest Dr, Charleston, WV 25314.
