    From any location within Monongahela National Forest, navigate to the nearest major road. If you are near Elkins, take US-219 S towards Fairmont. Continue on US-219 S for approximately 30 miles until you reach Fairmont. In Fairmont, follow signs to I-79 S. Merge onto I-79 S and take exit 132 for US-250 S toward Fairmont. After exiting, follow US-250 S for about 5 miles. Then turn right onto State Park Rd, and continue for about 1 mile. Pricketts Fort State Park will be on your left at 88 State Park Rd, Fairmont, WV 26554.
