From the main campus, walk towards University Avenue and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Don Knotts Blvd. Turn left onto Don Knotts Blvd and walk until you reach the Caperton Trail entrance, which is located near the Monongahela River. The park is easily accessible from this area, and you will see signs directing you towards the trail.

You can take the Mountain Line Transit Authority bus service. Look for the bus stop on High Street near the downtown area. Take the bus that goes to the West Virginia University Evansdale Campus.
