If you are near the Parkersburg Transit Authority, catch the number 1 bus heading towards downtown Parkersburg. Get off at the stop at 2nd St and Market St. From there, walk north on Market St towards 19th St. Turn left onto 19th St and walk east for about 0.5 miles until you reach Ann St. Turn left again and Point Park will be on your right at 113 Ann St.
