From Spruce Knob, head south on County Road 25 (Spruce Knob Road) for about 8 miles until you reach the junction with US-219. Turn left onto US-219 South and continue for approximately 3 miles. Then, turn right onto County Road 19 (Cathedral State Park Road), following the signs directing you to Cathedral State Park. The park entrance will be on your right after about 1.5 miles.
