From Spruce Knob, head southwest on County Route 22 (Spruce Knob Road) for approximately 10 miles. Follow signs for US-33 W and merge onto US-33 W. Continue on US-33 W for about 20 miles until you reach the intersection with I-79 S. Merge onto I-79 S toward Charleston. After about 20 miles, take exit 132 for US-250 S toward Fairmont.
