From Spruce Knob, head southwest on County Route 2 (Spruce Knob Road) for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with US-219. Turn left onto US-219 South and continue for approximately 6 miles. You will see signs for Marlinton. As you approach Marlinton, keep an eye out for County Route 39, also known as the Greenbrier River Road, and turn right. Follow County Route 39 for about 5 miles, and then turn left onto County Route 8 (Big Spruce Road).
