From downtown Appleton, start at the Appleton Public Library located at 225 N Oneida St. Head south on Oneida St for about 0.5 miles until you reach E College Ave. Turn left onto E College Ave and walk for about 0.2 miles. Then, turn right onto S Memorial Dr and continue for another 0.4 miles. Once you reach the intersection with Midway Rd, turn left. The Fox River Trail Trailhead will be on your right at 1924 Midway Rd, De Pere, WI 54115.
