From Blue Hills, head south on County Road N for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 51. Turn right (north) onto Highway 51 and continue for about 10 miles. Take the exit for Highway 64 East towards Merrill. After about 2 miles, take a left onto Council Grounds Drive. Follow Council Grounds Drive until you reach the entrance of Council Grounds State Park, located at N1895 Council Grounds Dr, Merrill, WI 54452. Parking is available at the park, and there is no entrance fee for visitors.
