Turn left onto County Rd W and drive approximately 2.5 miles. Pewit's Nest will be on your right, just past the entrance to the Pewit's Nest State Natural Area. There is no entrance fee, but make sure to park in designated areas to avoid fines.

    Take a local bus or shuttle service to Baraboo, WI. From the Baraboo bus station, you can either schedule a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Pewit's Nest, which is approximately 3 miles away. If you prefer to walk, head south on County Rd W for about 1 hour (3 miles). Be cautious as this route has no sidewalks in certain areas. Once you arrive at Pewit's Nest, enjoy the beautiful nature preserve.
