Getting There

    If you are starting from downtown Eau Claire, head east on Eau Claire St toward S Barstow St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with S Farwell St. Turn left onto S Farwell St and follow it until you reach the bridge over the Chippewa River. Cross the bridge and continue on S Farwell St until it turns into W Madison St. After about a mile, turn right onto Putnam Dr. Follow Putnam Dr until you reach Putnam Park. The park entrance will be on your right.

    From the downtown area, take the bike path along the Chippewa River. Start at the Phoenix Park area and head north along the river. This path will lead you to the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue biking along the river until you reach the intersection with W Madison St. Turn right onto W Madison St and then take a left onto Putnam Dr. Biking along Putnam Dr will take you straight to Putnam Park.
