From any point along the Great River Road, head towards De Soto, Wisconsin. If you're coming from the north, you can take US-61 S, which merges with WI-35 S. Continue on WI-35 S until you reach E590 Blacktop Rd in De Soto. If you're coming from the south, take WI-35 N. Once in De Soto, turn onto E590 Blacktop Rd. The entrance to the US Army Corps of Engineers Blackhawk Park will be on your left. There is no entrance fee, but check for any parking fees that may apply.
