From any location within Kettle Moraine State Forest, head to the nearest major road, which is Highway 67. Follow Highway 67 north until you reach Highway 167. Turn left onto Highway 167 and continue west until you reach Highway 43. Merge onto Highway 43 N. Continue on Highway 43 until you reach Port Washington. As you enter the city, take the exit for N Lake Street. Continue on N Lake Street, and you will arrive at Upper Lake Park located at 554 N Lake St Port, Port Washington, WI 53074.

If you are using public transportation, you will need to first get to a nearby bus station that connects to the Ozaukee County Transit. Take the bus to Port Washington.
