Start at the Wisconsin State Capitol located at 2 E Main St, Madison, WI 53703. Walk to the bus stop at State St & Capitol, which is just a short 5-minute walk. From there, take the Metro Transit bus route 80 (southbound) towards the South Transfer Point. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Arboretum Dr & Longenecker Horticultural Gardens'. You will be right next to the entrance of the Arboretum.

Start at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center located at 1 John Nolen Dr, Madison, WI 53703.
