If you're on State Street, head east towards the intersection with E Main Street. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes. You'll cross over S Carroll Street and S Pinckney Street. The Wisconsin State Capitol will be on your left at 2 E Main St. The building is hard to miss with its impressive dome structure.
Public Bus

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch the Metro Transit Bus. Look for the nearest bus stop on State Street. Routes 1, 2, and 3 all have stops near the Capitol. Take any bus heading towards the Capitol; the fare is $2.00. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes, and you’ll get off at the stop closest to the Capitol. From there, it’s just a short walk to the entrance.
Bicycle

For those who might have rented a bike, head east on State Street towards E Main Street. At the intersection with E Main Street, turn right. The Capitol will be straight ahead.
