To reach Appleton Parks and Recreation from downtown Oshkosh, start by locating the Oshkosh Transit Center at 1001 N Main St. Board the Valley Transit bus number 25 heading towards Appleton. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at the intersection of E Witzke Blvd and N Richmond St. From there, it is a short walk to Appleton Parks and Recreation, located at 1819 E Witzke Blvd.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike at one of the local bike rental shops in Oshkosh. Start at the Leach Amphitheater, located on the Fox River, and follow the bike path north along the river. Continue to follow the bike path until you reach the intersection of Witzke Blvd and Richmond St. Turn left onto E Witzke Blvd and cycle east until you reach Appleton Parks and Recreation at 1819 E Witzke Blvd. The ride should take about 45 minutes.
