After approximately 45-60 minutes, you will arrive at the Milwaukee downtown bus terminal. From there, walk to the nearest bus stop for the Milwaukee County Transit System. Catch the Route 30 bus, which runs towards the East Side and will take you close to your destination. Get off at the stop at N Broadway & E Wells Street. From there, it's a short walk to the Grohmann Museum located at 1000 N Broadway.
