Stay on the bus until you reach the Manitowoc Transit Center. Once there, transfer to the Route 3 bus heading towards the Maritime Dr stop. After getting off at the Maritime Dr stop, walk east for about 5 minutes to reach Manitowoc Marina at 425 Maritime Dr.
