From any point in Bridger-Teton National Forest, head southeast towards US-191 S. Follow US-191 S until you reach the junction with WY-20 E. Turn right onto WY-20 E and continue for approximately 45 miles. This road will take you directly to Thermopolis. Once in Thermopolis, follow signs for Hot Springs State Park, located at 220 Park St, Thermopolis, WY 82443. Parking is available at the park.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Jackson to Thermopolis. The bus service may require a transfer in Riverton. Once you arrive in Thermopolis, you can walk to Hot Springs State Park, which is approximately 1 mile from the bus stop.
