From any location in Powder River Basin, head towards Highway 20. If you're near the town of Buffalo, take Highway 20 South towards Shoshoni. Continue on Highway 20 until you reach the intersection with Highway 26. Turn left onto Highway 26 and continue for about 12 miles. Look for signs indicating Boysen State Park. The park entrance will be on your right, just after you pass the Boysen Reservoir. The exact address is 120 Boysen Dr, Shoshoni, WY 82649. Please note that there is a $7 day-use fee to enter the park.
