Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Gillette, Wyoming, which is a common entry point into Campbell County. From Gillette, take US-14 E towards Moorcroft. Continue on US-14 E for approximately 24 miles. As you approach Moorcroft, take a right onto State Highway 51 S. Follow this road for about 5 miles until you reach Keyhole State Park entrance at 22 Marina Rd, Moorcroft, WY 82721. Please note there may be a small entrance fee for the park.
Public Transportation
Currently, there are limited public transportation options directly to Keyhole State Park. If you are relying on public transit, your best bet is to take a bus from Gillette to Moorcroft. Once in Moorcroft, you may need to arrange for a taxi or ride-share service to get to the park, which is about 5 miles away. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as service may be infrequent.
Rideshare
For those without a car, consider using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. If you are in Gillette or Moorcroft, simply request a ride to Keyhole State Park at 22 Marina Rd. Make sure to confirm the availability of rides in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons.
