If you are starting from the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum located at 4610 N. Carey Ave, head south on Carey Ave for about 1 mile until you reach E. 15th St. Turn right on E. 15th St and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. You will see the Cheyenne Depot Museum on your left at 121 W 15th St.

From the Cheyenne Transit Center, take the Route 3 bus heading towards the City Center. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 15th St & Capitol Ave stop. Walk west on 15th St for a couple of blocks, and you will find the Cheyenne Depot Museum at 121 W 15th St on your right.
