If you are starting from downtown Cheyenne, you can take the local bus service. Catch the 'Green Line' bus at the Cheyenne Depot, located at 121 W 15th St. The bus operates on a regular schedule and will take you towards the southeast of the city. You will need to stay on the bus for about 25 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to High Plains Road, and from there, walk approximately 0.5 miles to 5611 High Plains Road, Cheyenne, WY 82007. Follow the signs to the Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center.

For those who prefer cycling, start at the Cheyenne Depot and head southeast on 15th Street. Continue on 15th Street until you reach the intersection with High Plains Road. Turn left onto High Plains Road and cycle for about 1 mile. The Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center will be on your right at 5611 High Plains Road. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local cycling rules.
