If you are in downtown Cheyenne, start at the Cheyenne Depot Museum located at 121 W 15th St. Head west on W 15th St towards Capitol Ave. Turn left onto Capitol Ave and walk south until you reach the intersection with W Lincolnway. Turn right onto W Lincolnway. Continue walking west for about half a mile. The City of Cheyenne Ice and Events Center will be on your left at 1530 W Lincolnway.

From the Cheyenne Transit Center, located at 123 W 15th St, take Bus Route 1 heading west. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop near the intersection of W Lincolnway and S Greeley Hwy. From there, walk east on W Lincolnway for about 0.2 miles. The City of Cheyenne Ice and Events Center will be on your right at 1530 W Lincolnway.
