Walking
From the center of Cody, head north on Sheridan Avenue (US-14/US-16). Continue walking straight, passing by shops and eateries. After about 0.5 miles, you will reach the intersection with 14th Street. Keep walking straight for another 1 mile until you reach a fork in the road, where you will turn left onto North Fork Highway (WY-291). Continue along North Fork Highway for approximately 3 miles, and you will see the Buffalo Bill Dam & Visitor Center on your right at 4808 N Fork Hwy.

Start at the Cody Visitor Center located at 1131 12th Street. Head north on 12th Street until you reach Sheridan Avenue. Turn left onto Sheridan Avenue (US-14/US-16) and head north. After about 0.5 miles, take a right at the first intersection onto 14th Street. Continue straight for 1 mile, then turn left onto North Fork Highway (WY-291). Cycle along North Fork Highway for about 3 miles until you see the Buffalo Bill Dam & Visitor Center on your right at 4808 N Fork Hwy.
