Car
From Douglas, Wyoming, head east on I-25 S for approximately 35 miles. Take exit 92 for Glendo State Park. Turn right onto WY-151 S and continue for about 8 miles. Follow signs to Glendo State Park entrance, which will be on your left at 397 Glendo Park Rd, Glendo, WY 82213.
Car
From Glenrock, Wyoming, take WY-20 W towards Douglas for about 18 miles. Merge onto I-25 S and drive for approximately 35 miles. Take exit 92 for Glendo State Park. Turn right onto WY-151 S and continue for about 8 miles. Follow signs to Glendo State Park entrance, located at 397 Glendo Park Rd, Glendo, WY 82213.
Public Transportation
Take the Greyhound Bus from Casper to Douglas. From Douglas, you will need to rent a car or call for a taxi service to reach Glendo State Park, as public transportation options are limited. The distance from Douglas to Glendo State Park is approximately 45 miles.
