If you're already within Devils Tower National Monument, head southeast on the main loop road towards WY-24. After approximately 0.5 miles, you will reach the junction with WY-24. Turn right onto WY-24 and continue for about 1 mile. The Devils Tower Information Marker (northbound) will be on your left at 476 WY-24. Look for the distinctive marker and designated parking area.
