Car
From Green River Basin, take US-191 N towards Pinedale. Continue on US-191 N until you reach the junction with US-287 N. Merge onto US-287 N and follow the signs for Yellowstone National Park. Enter through the South Entrance of the park. Once inside the park, follow the Grand Loop Road to the Midway Geyser Basin area. The Grand Prismatic Spring is located near the Fairy Falls Trailhead, with parking available nearby. Note that there is an entrance fee for Yellowstone National Park, which is currently $35 per vehicle valid for 7 days.

Public transportation options directly to Grand Prismatic Spring are limited. However, you can take a bus from Green River Basin to Jackson, WY. From Jackson, there are shuttle services that operate to Yellowstone National Park during the tourist season.
