Car
If you're traveling by car from Medicine Bow National Forest, head towards Laramie. Take Highway 130 East from the forest area and continue on it. After approximately 30 miles, merge onto US-287 South. Stay on US-287 for about 15 miles until you reach Laramie. As you enter Laramie, turn left onto Snowy Range Rd. The Wyoming Territorial Prison State Historic Site will be on your right at 975 Snowy Range Rd, Laramie, WY 82070. There may be parking available on-site.
