If you are traveling by car from Cody, WY, head west on WY-20/WY-14 towards Yellowstone National Park. After approximately 50 miles, you will reach the East Entrance of Yellowstone. Once inside the park, follow the signs for Grand Loop Road. Continue on Grand Loop Road towards the South Entrance. After about 15 miles, you will see signs for Black Dragon's Caldron. Turn right onto the dirt road leading to the attraction. Please note that a vehicle entrance fee of $35 per vehicle is required to enter Yellowstone National Park.

If you are using public transportation, take the bus from Cody to Yellowstone National Park. The bus service is available seasonally and usually requires a reservation.
