From Snowy Range, head east on WY-130 E. Continue on WY-130 for about 12 miles until you reach the intersection with WY-210. Turn right onto WY-210 and follow the road for approximately 5 miles. You will arrive at the Medicine Bow Peak Trailhead parking area. Parking is free, but the area can fill up quickly on weekends and holidays, so arrive early.
