    Car

    If you are traveling by car, start from Rock Springs, WY. Take US-191 S for approximately 14 miles. Then, merge onto I-80 E and continue for about 25 miles. Take exit 148 toward Alcova and follow WY-220 S. After around 12 miles, turn right onto Alcova Lake Road. Continue for about 5 miles until you reach Devil’s Gate Historic Site, which will be on your right. There is no entrance fee for the site.

    Car from Green River

    From Green River, WY, head northeast on US-30 E for about 12 miles. Then merge onto I-80 E and continue for approximately 25 miles. Take exit 148 toward Alcova and follow WY-220 S. After around 12 miles, turn right onto Alcova Lake Road. Continue for about 5 miles until you reach Devil’s Gate Historic Site on your right. There is no entrance fee for the site.
