Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, make your way to Evanston, Wyoming. From the center of Evanston, head northeast on WY-89 N/WY-150 N. Continue straight for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Bear River Drive. The Bear River State Park Visitor Center will be on your right at 601 Bear River Dr, Evanston, WY 82930. There is no entrance fee for the park, but be mindful of any parking regulations.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Bear River State Park Visitor Center using public transportation, check for local bus services that operate in Evanston. You will want to find a route that leads to the area near Bear River Drive. Once you arrive at the nearest bus stop, you may need to walk approximately 0.5 miles along Bear River Drive to reach the Visitor Center.
